The full length French windows in the lounge and master bedroom mean that you can enjoy these spectacular views whilst relaxing on the comfortable sofas or even having tea in bed! While away hours drinking in the scenery and watching the sailing boats without even leaving the flat.

When you want to go out, you are extremely well situated. The apartment is only 100 metres from the picturesque quay with its quirky shops, atmospheric pubs and fine restaurants. If you fancy a trip to Falmouth, you can watch as the ferry comes in to the harbour and then time your dash to catch it. If you would rather swim or rock pool the nearest beach is half a minutes walk away. The St Mawes area is a paradise for walkers, sailors, artists and families who want a relaxing holiday in an acknowledged area of outstanding natural beauty.

As its name suggests, Crow's Nest is a top floor (3rd floor) apartment which is light and airy. It is modern, recently refurbished and was awarded 4 Stars by Visit Britain. The two bedrooms sleep four in great comfort. In the master bedroom, you can relax in the double bed, with its high quality Hypnos mattress and enjoy a stunning sea view through the French window. There is a DAB digital radio in this bedroom.Even the en suite bathroom has a sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds with a big storage cupboard and a bathroom opposite.

The kitchen is modern, spacious and very well equipped, including a microwave, dishwasher, a double electric oven with a ceramic hob and a washer/dryer. The dining area has an extendable oak table with matching chairs. There is a delightful view of the beach and Percuil River from the kithchen and dining area.

The stylish living room has two big comfortable couches to relax on, with fabulous views for miles to the south and west to the Lizard Peninsula. There is a flat screen TV, a Bose CD, Broadband wi fi internet access, a DVD, a powerful astronomic telescope and also games and books. Fully centrally heated, Crow's Nest is the perfect location to relax and unwind, whatever the weather.
